You write to WhatsApp or Telegram with a brief description of your situation. For example: "I received a letter from Migri, I don't understand what to do" or "I'm moving to Finland, I need help with the first steps".

Step 2: Clarification
I ask clarifying questions to understand your situation. If I can help, I suggest booking a consultation. If the question is outside my expertise, I'll honestly say so.
💡 This stage is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Step 3: Payment
You pay for the consultation in a convenient way. After payment confirmation, we agree on a time for an online meeting.
💡 Payment is made before the consultation.
Step 4: Preparation
Before the meeting, I study your situation: analyze documents (if you sent them), check current requirements, and prepare information.
💡 If you have documents or letters, send them in advance.
Step 5: Consultation
30-minute online meeting. We analyze your situation, I answer questions, explain processes, and together we create an action plan.
💡 Prepare a list of questions in advance — so we use time as efficiently as possible.
Step 6: Result
After the consultation, you receive a brief summary with key points and an action plan. If you have follow-up questions after the meeting, you can write within 3 days.
💡 The summary arrives within 24 hours after the consultation.
