We help fill in forms together and review completed documents. Submitting documents to authorities is your responsibility — it's a system requirement (the applicant must submit in person). We prepare you so that you feel confident at every step.

Can I get urgent help?

Yes, if your situation is urgent (deadline, letter requiring a response) — write to us, we'll try to find time the same day or the next. Indicate urgency in your message.

Why should I trust you?

We work transparently: we state the price before starting, explain the limits of our services (we're not lawyers), and don't promise what we can't guarantee. We have real clients and reviews. We've been through everything you're going through — and know the system from the inside.

Do you guarantee my residence permit / benefit will be approved?

No, and nobody can honestly guarantee that. The decision is made by the authority (Migri, Kela). We guarantee that your documents will be filled correctly, logically, and thoroughly — which significantly increases the chances of a positive decision.

What happens if I'm rejected despite your help?

We'll analyze the rejection reason together. If the error is on our side (which is extremely rare) — we'll fix it free of charge. If the rejection is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., insufficient income for a residence permit) — we'll explain your options going forward.

Can I see reviews from your clients?

Yes, reviews are available on our website in the "Reviews" section. We can also provide contacts of clients who agreed to share their experience (with their permission).

Maybe I'll figure it out myself — why pay?

You can try. Information is available online. But: it's scattered, often outdated, in Finnish or English. Mistakes in documents can cost months of waiting or result in rejection. Our consultation saves time, stress, and reduces the risk of errors. Half an hour of consultation equals several days of searching on your own.

What if this is a scam?

We are an officially registered company FinnKonttori Service Oy. We operate legally, pay taxes, and provide receipts. You can verify us in the Finnish Business Register (YTJ). Communication through official channels, payment after service agreement.

I feel embarrassed that I can't handle documents on my own

Don't be. The Finnish system is complex even for Finns. You've moved to a new country, you're learning the language, adapting — that's an enormous load. Asking for help is normal and smart. We're here to help, not to judge.

I have a complicated case — are you sure you can help?

Tell us about your situation — we'll assess honestly. If the case is beyond our expertise (e.g., requires a lawyer or attorney), we'll say so directly and recommend a specialist. We don't take on tasks we're not confident about.
